    Megan LaFata is an lSSA Certified Personal Trainer, group fitness trainer and a specialist in strength and conditioning with a decade of training experience. She was a collegiate track and field athlete and loves training for and running half marathons. Health and fitness have always been apart of her life and she loves now getting out and being active with her two little kids! Megan likes to teach her clients how to truly enjoy their fitness journey. She believes that no two journeys are the same and each step towards progress should be celebrated.
