Caroline is a Certified Pre/Postnatal Fitness Specialist & 200hr RYT. She is also a mom to three 5 & under. Caroline and has been training Pre & Postnatal women for over 5 years and teaching yoga for nearly 10. Training with Caroline combines a mixture of strength training, mobility, calisthenics and yoga/barre/Pilates techniques.
