About Stephanie
Stephanie, a lifelong yogini, founded Kundalini Yoga in 2019 and has never looked back. What started as a 15-minute practice for 40 days culminated in replacing her 20-year depression, anxiety, and mental fog with peace, clarity, and purpose. Now, her body and mind are in optimal health and she is teaching this natural and powerful healing practice via pop-up group classes & workshops, and one-on-one coaching.
