6. Advice for someone new to cycle or just coming back?
Allow yourself to be a novice. Learning how to use the bike and getting your body used to doing spin takes patience with yourself and can take a little bit of time. I took my first spin class when I was 17 years old, and I walked out because I didn’t understand what to do and the vernacular used by the instructor. Be teachable, don’t take yourself too seriously and you’ll be a pro in no time. You got this: the most difficult part of the ride is getting on the bike!
