Incentives Organic Spa & Salon is the sum of many wonderful parts, most especially the outstanding professional staff. We are fortunate to have a team of dedicated, passionate people who love what they do and excel at doing it. Their skill sets range far and wide, from massage to laser treatments to acupuncture to chiropractic, hair styling, facials, hair coloring, permanent makeup, and so much more. You’ll find very few spa and salon skills that do not reside at Incentives. Let’s meet the team…

Amanda McNulty

Amanda is a licensed massage therapist with 8 years of experience. She graduated from New York College of Health Professions in 2015 and specializes in Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, sports and trigger point therapy

Calvin Canales

Calvin Canales is a Licensed Massage Therapist with over 8 years experience. Calvin specializes in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Prenatal Massage and much more!

Debbie Doherty

Debbie is a Licensed Cosmetologist with over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry. Her expertise consists of both traditional nail care and gel applications. Debbie specializes in natural nail treatments and restorative manicures using a custom blend of protein conditioners.

Dr. Donna Brown

Dr. Donna Brown has been a Chiropractor and Health Coach for more than 30 years. She originally opened her office, the Chiropractic Health Center, in West Babylon in 1985 and moved to Incentives Spa in 2006. Among her specialties are health coaching, sports injury, back, neck, and joint pain, disc disorders, pinched nerves, incidental and chronic headaches, and sinus conditions.

Dr. Robert Crimi

Dr. Robert Crimi has a Doctor of Chiropractor Degree from New York Chiropractic College and has been helping Long Island families achieve their health goals for over 25 years.

Elizabeth Zitvogel

Elizabeth is a Licensed Cosmetologist with extensive training in all aspects of hair styling and coloring. She specializes in regular and organic color and highlighting, as well as Ombre application. Elizabeth also possesses creative techniques with blowouts and up-dos.

Jackie Carini

Jacqueline is a Licensed Cosmetologist, Esthetician, and Permanent Cosmetics Specialist with over 22 years in the skincare and beauty industry. She is certified in Dermaplaning, Yumi Eyelash lift, Pro Cell Therapy - micro needling including collagen induction therapy and hair restoration, PCA Skin Peels to treat aging skin, rosacea, melasma, and acne, permanent cosmetics including eyebrows, powder and hair simulation, microblading, eyeliner, lip blushing, scar camouflage, areola, and 3-dimensional nipple micropigmentation following mastectomy.

Kathy Roccogrande

Kathy Roccogrande has been an esthetician for more than ten years and is also a licensed nurse and laser technician. Kathy has had many years experience working with Sciton lasers, and for most of her career, she worked as the director of a medical spa in a cosmetic surgery center

Latoya Morgan

Latoya Morgan has been a nurse practitioner for over 10 years. She received her degree from Stony Brook University. She has extensive experience in neurosurgery and in preoperative services. She now works in pain management performing trigger point injections, as well aesthetic medicine, including Botox.

Lauren McGovern

The Beauty and Wellness industry has forever been Lauren’s passion. She started young and upon obtaining her license began as an Apprentice at Harvey Allen Salons. While at Harvey Allen she continued her education with companies including Wella, Redken, and Goldwell. A highlight of her education included studying under celebrity Stylist Nick Arrojo.

Maria Hogan

Maria Hogan is a licensed Massage Therapist and Acupuncturist. She graduated with a Master’s Degree in acupuncture from the New York College of Health Professions, where she currently is a Professor and Supervisor to students in the Massage Clinic. Maria is passionate about sharing the healing benefits of Chinese Medicine. She believes the body should be treated as a whole, and she uses many modalities to treat various conditions.

Meredith Traietta

Meredith completed the Massage Therapy program at the New York College of Health Professions and is, in addition, a Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist. Her education also includes double-majoring in Biology and Psychology at Manhattan College and a Master’s degree in Counseling & Guidance from NYU.

Nikole Herig

Nikole has been a licensed Cosmetologist for the past 20 years, specializing in traditional and gel nails, waxing, and semi-permanent lash application. She is also an experienced Esthetician working exclusively with the Eminence Organics line for all of her facials. In addition, Nikole is proficient in lash and brow tinting.

Rose White

Rose is a licensed cosmetologist with over 20 years of experience in hair design. She specializes in women’s and men’s haircuts, regular and organic hair color, foil highlights and Keratin smoothing treatments. Rose especially welcomes the scissor-shy client.

Susan Greenli

Susan is a graduate of the Swedish Institute in Manhattan and the Gloria Francis Institute of Beauty. She is fully licensed as both a Massage Therapist and Esthetician and has been practicing for over 20 years. Susan specializes in deep Swedish massage and is also trained in medical, hot stone, reflexology and prenatal. In addition, she has worked extensively with the Eminence product line in her facial practice.
