Group Training at Fitness Incentive is part of our DNA; These functional, high-intensity, butt-kicking programs are created and taught by some of the best trainers in the industry. The methods vary, but the goals are inevitably the same: to stimulate lean muscle growth, build endurance, and burn fat and calories and get you into the best condition of your life. Our electric group training programs utilize functional training techniques to target core and stabilization muscles, matched with explosive movements, circuits, battling ropes, TRX, ViPR, kettlebells, weighted bags, medicine balls, and whatever else they can lay their hands on! We think you’ll find these programs addicting in the very best way. But if you don’t want to sweat or work hard, these programs may not be for you.

Jump and Drill

Punch, Kick and Drill Your Way to Fitness

Cardio, Strength, Balance & Flexibility. This class has it all! Invented and instructed by Kelly Wallace, one of our most experienced and popular instructors, Jump & Drill will take you through an invigorating and empowering workout incorporating kicks, punches, and combinations with athletic drills. Proper execution and proficiency of all moves will allow participants to maximize muscle tone, range of motion, and aerobic capacity. You’ll also work some awesome stretches and ab exercises that you’ll be able to do at home! And you’ll be doing some real hitting – of the pads, that is – punching, kicking, the works. So everyone who joins the program will need to join with a partner – a pad partner! The class will be limited to 20 people – 10 pairs. There is an additional fee for this class, and registration is required.

Power X-Fit

Power X Fit takes you to the great outdoors for a challenging 30-minute interval training program that will get you panting, sweating, and burning calories like never before. Utilizing tools like Battling Ropes, TRX Suspension Trainers, and ViPR, Power X is 30 minutes of sheer intensity.

TRX Suspension Training

The TRX® Suspension Trainer™ allows you to safely perform hundreds of exercises that build power, strength, flexibility, balance, and mobility, all at an intensity that is suitable for your level of fitness. Used and praised by many professional athletes, the TRX is a powerful training tool to add to your fitness regimen. Fitness Incentive offers TRX training by Certified TRX trainers in a small group setting (maximum of 5 participants). Private and partner training options are also available.

This full-body workout utilizes the revolutionary ViPR training tool to add resistance to functional training. Adding ViPR mechanics to a 30-minute high-intensity interval workout is an experience you have to feel to believe.

Queenax

A Revolution in Functional Training

The Queenax is a revolutionary modular functional training system that allows a nearly limitless number of uses. The unit supports multiple users and multiple uses simultaneously. These include boxing heavy bags, a landmine station, battling ropes, pulleys, monkey bars, chin-up bars, hand weights, suspension yoga, TRX, and super-functional suspended bar training…just to name a few. It’s best experienced with a personal trainer, but can also be used by any creative individual. Give it a try!

Hybrid Kickboxing

HKB: Designed For All Levels
Kickboxing is a form of martial art that involves punching, kicking, and footwork. The sport incorporates moves from other types of martial arts, such as karate, as well as boxing. This 60-minute small group training program gives its participants real-world martial arts training with a fitness twist. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, FI trainer Daniel Zona designed HKB for all levels. Each class consists of floor work, bag work, and partner sparring. The movements in this class will help participants improve flexibility, balance, and coordination and can help build faster reflexes. Boxing gloves are recommended. There is an additional fee for this class, and registration is required.

PTX

Spontaneous Combustion!

PTX is our newest training option. Bookable directly through our FI+ app, PTX sessions are 45 minutes long, held outdoors under the carport, and cost just $30 each. Sessions are limited to 6 people max. There’s no long-term commitment or session package required – just book when the fitness mood hits and then come on down for a blistering workout with your personal trainer.

Pilates Reformer Private And Small Group Training

The Pilates Reformer is a unique type of exercise equipment that Joseph Pilates developed in the early 20th century. His goal was to provide a mechanism that would help people improve their overall health and fitness while being gentle on their joints. Enhanced over time, the Pilates Reformer has become an incredibly versatile piece of equipment used in Pilates studios worldwide.

Training on the Reformer involves a series of unique exercises specifically designed to be executed on the reformer that improve flexibility, core strength, and body alignment, making it a great way to develop and maintain mobility and general fitness.

Fitness Incentive’s Reformer Studio
We offer Pilates Reformer training in a private studio setting with experienced, certified instructors who will guide you through the Reformer experience. This low-impact, full-body workout improves flexibility, core strength, and overall body awareness. We offer regularly scheduled small group (4-person max) classes you can reserve through the FI+ app. Private instruction is also available but must be scheduled with an instructor.
