After 6 months, your regular monthly payments will automatically begin again. If you are unable to resume your membership after the freeze period, please contact us as soon as possible.

Freezing Your Membership

The Fitness Incentive will allow you to “freeze” your membership when you can’t attend for 30 days or longer. The following regulations apply: Memberships are limited to 2 freezes, the combined total of which cannot exceed 6 months. You must submit a Request to Freeze your membership either through our website or in person at the gym—retroactive freezing is not allowed.

When you return, your membership is taken off freeze, and your regular billing will resume.

There is no charge for freezing your membership.

Exceptions to this freeze policy are considered on a case-by-case basis. Inquire PRIOR to freezing your account.
