“Foundational Training is what I call training with intention. It’s the most efficient use of the time you spend in the gym and will help you get the most out of your training; you will never think about fitness training the same way again.”

New To Training?
Foundational Training Could Be For You
Foundational Training, the new program TJ Lynch is introducing this November, is an investment in knowledge and efficiency. It is a small group training program designed to maximize results. You will train with a purpose while developing a championship mindset. With Foundational Training, you will learn and understand what it takes to build a strong, injury-free, esthetically pleasing physique. A vital aspect is structured nutrition, featuring the proper foods to fuel your pursuit of your goals, no matter your age. “Foundational Training is what I call training with intention,” says TJ. “It’s the most efficient use of the time you spend in the gym and will help you get the most out of your training; you will never think about fitness training the same way again. Every time you enter the gym, you will know exactly what you are doing and how to do it in the safest and most effective way possible.”
Focus on the New
Foundational Training is intended for people new to training – or at least those new to training with TJ. He has used his 21 years of experience as a leader in the field of personal training to create a structured, balanced program for these clients with their particular requirements specifically in mind. “Foundational Training focuses on the essential bodybuilding movements that engage large and small muscle groups and produce the best results in the shortest amount of time,” he says. “The effectiveness of these fat-burning, lean muscle-building movements has been confirmed over and over through the years and through the results they produce…they have stood the test of time.”
