A Fun Training Program
Designed For Kids Ages 6 – 8 Years

FIT Cheer will focus on conditioning and proper technique for a variety of activities designed for kids that are both beneficial and FUN! There will be a particular emphasis on proper form to ensure that skills performed will be correct and safe. In addition to stretching and balance work, expect lots of tumbling drills:
- Forward Rolls
- Bridges and Backbends
- Cartwheels
- Round-offs
- Walkovers and Handsprings
- Cheer Jumps
