I like TRX because it’s a full body workout in one session. It also allows me to focus on muscles I don’t usually hit in my other workouts. The core work is amazing!

Leveraging Your Own Body with TRX
Using the TRX suspension trainer is an amazing tool that allows you to adapt the workout to any level. This total body workout leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You simply adjust the angle of your body to lift more or less of your body weight. One of the benefits of training with the TRX is it requires you to engage your core with every exercise. Your core is constantly challenged, which helps improve stability. Another benefit is it helps improve mobility and flexibility. By using the straps, you can leverage your body weight so you can safely and effectively get more out of your flexibility and mobility training. One of my favorite benefits is it helps build lean muscle mass. I find most people will challenge themselves a bit more with the amount of weight they lift when using the TRX vs. using weights. But don’t take my word for it here’s what some other members have to say about TRX and Hard Hiit.
TRX hit is a unique class where I enjoy stretching muscles that I don’t do in different classes. The Straps really helps with posture moves, the elastic bands help build strength with resistant bands, and the sand bags of different weights are making me stronger like Super Woman.
I have taken this class for over five years, and I love how Erin has individualized this for me. At first, I only used the straps, and as I gained strength and confidence, I started using the resistant band, even though I get the easier one. Eventually, I felt confident enough to try sandbags.
For a period of time I stopped the class because I broke my wrist but when I was ready to come back, Erin modified the class for me.
I look forward to coming every week and if given the opportunity to take a second one, (not 5:30 am, I would enroll in a heartbeat. Love this workout and the way Erin teaches it.

TRX: developed for the SEALS and available at FI! After sitting all day at work, I don’t want to sit at the gym. TRX being suspension training has strengthened my core with every move, increased my flexibility and strength and most important helped with balance by combining all of the above. Erin is encouraging and motivating, and I totally love it!

TRX is a small group class and our instructor, Erin Frawley, not only can show the proper form, but she also makes sure that everyone in the class is executing each exercise the right way. TRX is a super effective way to workout the whole body and build strength using your own body weight. Your core is challenged in every exercise. Changing up classes in your weekly workout regimen is a great way to take advantage of your muscles and metabolism.
TRX is a limited enrollment class that you need to sign up for, which helps keep you accountable for your workout, so there’s a good chance you won’t skip it. Plus a great group of people motivating each other is an enjoyable way to exercise. If you are looking to add a little more liveliness and fun to your fitness life, then come and join the class and be part of a fantastic group.

I was first introduced to TRX about four years ago and fell in love. It’s more challenging than you think. You have to use your core to stabilize and balance yourself. You can be explosive to build your power, strength, and agility. And you can start with less intensive TRX exercises to help you get to the next level. I like the challenge of using my own body weight and always feel like I really worked my body afterward. Nothing beats that feeling!

TRX is an amazing low impact but high-intensity workout that works the entire body using TRX bands and your body weight. I love the small group training, and Erin motivates and pushes me through a new set of challenges every week. This class strengthens, tightens and tones my entire body.

Erin’s class hits muscles I didn’t even know I had! I like how she varies the workout each week, and I have definitely noticed a difference in my muscle tone since starting.
