When I turned 50, I took a national position, so I was traveling 4 or 5 days a week. I don’t sleep well in hotel rooms, so I rarely used the hotel gym. Around that same time, I started going through menopause. It was the perfect storm.

Meet Lyn Robson:
I am 54 years old, and I have three adult children. I was very active growing up and continued to stay in shape (except for my college years) for most of my adult life by eating right and going to the gym. My weight fluctuated between 130 and 135 lbs. When I turned 50, I took a national position, so I was traveling 4 or 5 days a week. I don’t sleep well in hotel rooms, so I rarely used the hotel gym. Around that same time, I started going through menopause. It was the perfect storm.
By the time I signed up for personal training sessions with Eileen, I weighed 158 pounds and wore a size 10 (sometimes 12). I started Isagenix December 29, 2016, and gave up drinking for the entire month of January. By February 1, through eating right and training with Eileen, I had lost 10 pounds. I was so excited! A few days after that, I went on vacation for ten days so I was worried I would gain it all back. Fortunately, I stuck to the program fairly well, and it was a very active vacation so I didn’t gain any weight.
When I returned, Eileen persuaded me to sign up for the Fitness Incentive Fantastic Four challenge. I was a little hesitant at first since I like working out 1:1 with Eileen, but she convinced me that it would not only be fun but keep me more accountable since I would be part of a team. She was right!!! Lisa, Allison, and Carolyn (aka the Barbells) were great teammates. We laughed a lot, lost weight and inches, and grew stronger
Eileen Jacinth:
Lyn and I were Facebook friends, and after seeing some of my posts on clients and their success, she gave me a shout out about training. With consistency and dedication, she completely transformed herself. I’m happy to report that not only did she reach the goals we set, she exceeded them. And the even better part of the story is, a year later, she’s maintained her loss. Never turning down a challenge, Lyn will again be participating in the Fantastic Four Contest, beginning shortly, with new goals to pursue (watch for the pictures!).
