FI – Getting Back To Business and Moving Forward

What can I say? It was almost six months closed, and at times it wasn’t easy to remain positive, and those who truly know me are aware that I am one of the most positive people you’ll ever meet. My many friends, fellow instructors, extraordinary members, and my family is what kept it all together for me, along with our free workout videos, home garage classes, and many long walks and conversations. And here we are, back together again at last. It’s time to get full-time positive and start moving forward.

Getting It Right

We took a full week after New York State allowed us to reopen to ensure we had everything just right. There were just so many rules, restrictions, and limits, to deal with; it was almost overwhelming. In the end, it was all worth the hard work. We are proud of how we reimagined the gym under the new rules, and we’re confident that we’ve made the environment as clean and safe as possible.

Back to the Beginning

When we reopened, it was almost like we were opening the doors for the first time again. We were apprehensive, to say the least. But the reopening went off wonderfully. It was so refreshing and uplifting to be back at FI with all the familiar happy faces. It was a day I will never forget. And members have been so excited and wonderfully kind about being back.

My Pledge to You

Let me assure you that we will continue to go above and beyond everything mandated – as we always have – to make your return to the gym safe, empowering, and healthy. We want FI to be the safest, healthiest, and fittest place you go. If you’re on the fence about coming back, I urge you to give it a try. Come in – even for a day – and see what it’s like. I think getting out of the house and in the company of others will feel refreshing and uplifting.
